About Lauren Shuffett

Hi, I’m Lauren Shuffett, a San Diego native born in Poway and raised in Coronado. My family

moved to the Coronado Cays in 2001, and I feel incredibly fortunate to have grown up in such a

tight-knit community where my parents built a successful small business. Their hard work and

dedication instilled in me the value of perseverance and strong relationships—principles that

have guided me throughout my life.

My first job at Costa Azul sparked my love for customer service, but it was during my years at

Coronado Brewing Company that I truly honed my ability to connect with people. Whether

serving locals or welcoming visitors, I found joy in building genuine relationships and being a

familiar face in the community. After 16 years in the service industry, I knew I wanted to take my

passion for people and turn it into something more—a career that would allow me to make a

lasting impact.

In 2020, I stepped into the real estate world, starting as an assistant in the Coronado market

before earning my license in 2022. Since then, I’ve been fortunate to work alongside incredible

agents, learning the ins and outs of the industry. Now, as a full-time agent with ParkLife |

Compass—the top luxury brokerage in San Diego—I’m dedicated to helping my clients navigate

the Coronado market with expertise, integrity, and a deep-rooted understanding of our

community.

With my strong network, commitment to excellence, and passion for building lasting

connections, I’m honored to serve my clients, friends, and neighbors, helping them find not just a

Throughout my adult life I was able to work for them whenever they needed
